| Arrows A good bow will not shoot a poor arrow with much authority. But a poor bow will shoot a good arrow respectably. Many times we tend to focus all our attention to only the bow. Making consistent, accurate shots to a large degree depends on well made, properly matched arrows to the bow. There is a big difference in a arrow made for target shooting @ 20 yards, to one made for distance shooting 500 feet to the target. The physical weight of the shaft, the spine, parallel or tapered shafting, the size and profile of the fletching all determine the overall performance of an arrow. When ordering arrows from me, be prepared to answer some questions about what they'll be used for, types of materials and so on. All fletches are tied off for protection when shooting off your hand. Bamboo arrows not only look great, they perform extremely well. They can accommodate up to 15lbs. either way of the spine weight for your bow. They are light and fast with naturally tapered shafts. More and more archers are using "Natures Carbon". |
